No Self-Registration
- No one can create an account on their own — there is no public sign-up form anywhere in the app.
- Every account — Student, School, or Admin — is created manually by our team or by the partner school.
- Students receive access only after their school shares their details with us.

Information We Use
- Student name, class/section, and roll number.
- School name and related school information.
- Exam records and results (online and offline).
- All of the above is entered by the school or admin — never typed in by the student or any end user.

Login Credentials Are Not Real Emails
- Every account uses a system-generated login ID in a fixed format (for example, school@vjrs.com), not a real personal or contact email address.
- Passwords are also assigned by us at the time the account is created.
- No real-world email addresses are collected or stored from students, schools, or admins.

How Classes & Data Are Delivered
- Live and recorded classes open through Zoom — tapping play simply launches the Zoom app or browser tab to stream the session.
- App data (accounts, exam records, results) is securely stored and managed using Firebase (Authentication, Firestore Database, and Cloud Storage).
- We do not run our own external servers for personal data — Firebase's industry-standard security rules protect everything stored.

No Ads, No Third-Party Tracking
- The app does not show advertisements.
- The app does not use any third-party analytics or tracking SDKs, such as Google Analytics.
- Exam results and performance analysis are generated and processed entirely within our own app and Firebase backend — never shared with or processed by an outside analytics service.
- There are no in-app purchases or payments.

Children's Privacy
- The app is used by school students, some of whom may be under 13 years of age.
- Because there is no self-registration, children never directly provide any information to the app themselves — everything is entered by the school or admin on their behalf.
- Parents or schools may contact us at any time using the details below to review or request removal of a student's data.

Changes to This Policy
- If our data practices ever change, this page will be updated, and the "Last updated" date above will reflect the change.

Request Account Deletion
- Since accounts on VJR's Learning App are created and managed by the school or admin (not self-registered), account deletion is also handled as a request rather than an in-app action.
- To request that a Student, School, or Admin account — and its associated data (name, class, roll number, school information, exam results) — be deleted, email us at iithub01@gmail.com or call +91 63010 63917 with the account details and your request.
- We will verify the request with the concerned school before deleting any student data, to prevent unauthorized deletion requests.
- Once verified, the account and its associated data will be permanently deleted from our systems within a reasonable timeframe, except where retention is required for legal, academic record-keeping, or dispute-resolution purposes.
